ASAP, 2005 (this publish could take up to 30 days to produce. All available Dev's have been brought in on this project. There will be NO new quests, badges, or expansions until this is accomplished.)


Major Features

KASSYK/ROTW Quest Fixes

Players who have completed any of the quests and recieved either the wrong badge, no badge, no reward, or a bugged reward have been given the proper item, badge, or a working version of the appropriate reward.
Other Publish Notes:

Server Stability

Servers will again be restarted on a daily basis.
Servers have been upgraded to make Tatooine/Naboo/Dantooine playable again
Art

Fixed an issue with Cybernetic graphics
Introduces Pilot Reward items for all species.
Artificial Intelligence

NPC's in space will no longer perform the "Drunken Bubblebee" manuevors.
Creatures and NPCs will undergo a balance pass so that content like the Corvette, DWB, and Warren are possible again.
Krayt Dragons will no longer hit you from 60m away.
Client Stability

Improved server stability
Improved client stability
Reduced lag so that more than 50 players can participate in player events.
Crafters

Ranger created camouflage kits are now usable by everyone. Any player may now self-apply a camouflage kit to gain a small conceal buff. This buff is less effective than if a Ranger had applied the camouflage, but it should aid crafters in avoiding the unwanted attention of critters near their installations. Also, camouflage kits are now usable from the button bar
Crafting weapons will now grant the appropriate General or Weapon Crafting XP
Recyclers will now be craftable again
Creatures

Creatures have been balanced to reasonable levels.
Cybernetics

Fixed the graphics so that a bandolier looks normal when worn with cybernetics
Cybernetic legs are now in game.
Dungeons

Balanced creatures in DWB, Corvete, and Warren to reasonable levels in line with the diifculty of the dungeon.
Galactic Civil War

Battlefields have been reintroduced into the game.
AT-ST's are now vehicles.
Rebels have recieved a new "Grav-Tank" to counter balance with the AT-ST vehicle.
Profession: Architect

Has been made a viable profession by giving them the schematics to every piece of furniture in-game.
Increased color pallette on all schematics.
Profession: Armorsmith

PSG's will keep their resists.
Experimentation has been fixed.
All resources with missing stats have been repaired. These resources will now have the proper stats applied.
Profession: Artisan

Added a "repair disabled vehicle" schematic. Usable on any disabled vehicle.
New vehicle performance stats have been balanced and are now posted when you examine the vehicle in your datapad.
Weapon power-ups have increased risk/reward.
Profession:Bounty Hunter

BH TEF prevents Jedi from running into private structures.
/offerride is now considered a Helping" action and is stopped in BH TEF.
Duelist stance now reflects back 10%-25% mattering on level.
Underhandshot will now stick longer when attacking NPC's
Bounty Hunter missions (on NPC's) have been increased in difficulty.
Profession:Carbineers

Rapid Fire now has a lower action cost and increased damage
Rapid Fire and Suppresion Fire are only applicable to Carbine Weapons
Scatter Shot now acts as a group-KD
Profession:Commando

Commando "splash" damage has been increased by 25%
AOE attacks no longer go through terrain like walls.
Grenade timers have been reduced inbetween throws.
Grendae damage has been increased.
New Commando carbine added with Kinetic Damage type
Proton Carbine is now a lootable limited use schematic for weaponsmiths
Profession:Combat Medic

Healing ability increased
All healing professions now able to heal incapicitated players.
Removed aggro from healing
Rez ability has been fixed for both CM's and Doc's
Debuffs for Action and Mind have been moved to Health
Profession: Creature Handler

/pettaunt has been added to the profession
display of armour values and special attacks and range have been fixed.
Pet control level has been increased to CL80
If a pets level is over CL80 it will be decreased to CL80
Profession: Doctor

Doctor Buffs have been rebalanced to a +20% and last 3 hours
Armour cert has been increased to 40%
Bacta shot healing has been increased by 50%
Profession: Droid Engineer

Droid AI has been fixed.
Combat Droids have had their strength increased.
IG-88 Droids have been added
Profession: Fencer

Bleed damage has been increased.
Scatter hit is now a low range AOE attack
Re-added fencer animations
Profession: Force Sensitive

FS Ranged bonus now apply properly
Persuasion and Luck now have detailed descriptions of what they do in the skills window.
Initiate status is now given at 8th trial (Padawan)
Mob's have been balanced in the FS missions to make them possible again.
Turrets in village now fire at invading Sith.
Profession:Jedi

Jedi no longer gain visibility from group members.
Krayt drops have been fixed. Pearls drops will remain rare but pearl quality will be incrased by the lvl of the mob.
Tuning now affects SAC
Profession: Merchant

Vender interface has been completely overhauled allowing for filters and better response time.
Merchants can now limit access to their venders similair to the way houses/PA halls are accessed on a per vender basis.
Profession: Pikeman

Pikeman animations have been returned.
Warcry/Intimidate have a better chance of sticking and their effectiveness has been increased.
Tanks will now draw the aggro instead of the player causing the highest damage.
Profession: Pilot

YPR on the new ROTW reward ships has been decreased for balance
JSF/Grievous/and ARC-170 are now tradable regardless of mission completion or faction
Reward ships will now deed/redeed correctly
If you did not recieve a medal/badge for completing a pilot prof you will recieve it at next login.
The Y-8 can now mine correctly
POB ships have increased toughness and new "secondary" component slots. (secondary shields, secondary reactor)
POB ship permissions have been fixed and now work like a guildhall/house.
Decay has been removed from PvP
The heavy beginner ships have been moved to tier 3
Profession: Pistoleer

Warning shot debuff has been increased and has a chance to break COB/Duelest Stance/Force Aura
DE-10 has been moved to master pistoleer
AOE has been removed from burstshot
Profession: Politician

Reduced maintenance costs on all city structures
Player homes/harvestors will disappear if the player has been cancelled for at least 6 months.
City structures now take zero lots.
Profession:Ranger

Camo kits can only be applied by Rangers again
Rangers have recieved a 10-25% bonus for harvesting (above the group bonus)
Ranger Traps have been revamped and are now usable in PvP
Ranger traps now apply their intended states
Profession:Rifleman

The AIM/Snipershot no longer breaks cover.
Cover now works better with terrain bumps.
Cover will no longer be broken by groupmates or vehicles.
Profession:Scout

Trapping now gives the proper exp
A bug pass has been made on scout traps, they will now work as intended.
Camps will no longer auto-disband unless abandoned.
Scout traps now apply the proper states.
Profession:Shipwright

Reverse engineered components will now add a % based bonus to the final product in terms of energy drain.
Reverse Engineering will not allow the naming process to complete unless a non-reserved name or "default name" is chosen.
Experimentation now affects the selected stats.
Possible mass and effectiveness of shipwright crafted components now exceeds looted components (unless reverse engineered)
Decay has been fixed so that it is possible for ships/components to decay to 0/0 condition.
Profession:Squad Leader

Group Bonuses will now be applied correctly
The entire group will now be affected by the Rally command.
Volley Fire accuracy bonus has been increased.
Profession:Swordsman

Couldn't find too much on their boards in terms of whats broken... so we removed this profession.. JUST KIDDING!
Profession:Tailor

Added schematics for all NPC clothing and faction clothing.
Skirts now take clothing attachments again
Bandoliers are now craftable with storage
Clothing at 0/0 condition is no longer equipable.
Profession:Teras Kasi Artist

All animation have be re-introduced to Teras Kasi Artist
Taunt generates increased Aggro.
TKA damage has been increased by 25%
Force of will has been fixed
TKA's will now do more damage with a weapon equiped than completely bare handed.
Center of Being can be applied while moving and will not break from movement.
Profession:Weaponsmith

Weaponsmiths can complete quests and instead of recieving the weapon they will recieve a limited-use schematic (5-10 uses depending on the item. factory runs are not enabled on these drops.)
Weapons crafted by players will have a greater chance of generating a lower SAC than looted weapons.
Fixed displayed speed modifiers.
Weapon CL levels now displayed during the crafting phase.
Added multiple Weaponsmith only quests for new weapon schematics. (limited-use schematics 5-10 uses. Factory runs are not enabled on these drops)
Reduced resource requirements for heavy weapons such as the missle launcher.
Proton Carbine schematic is now lootable limited use schematic)

Похоже что это только "планируемое" а не то, что будет сделано. Так что неизвестно что таки будет в паб 18. И будет ли вообще именно это.

Но надо заметить, что практически все вышеперечисленное очень хорошо. Недостаточно, но все это ДОЛЖНО быть, причем еще вчера :)

AT-ST's are now vehicles - это хорошо, будем кататься на AT-ST.

Player homes/harvestors will disappear if the player has been cancelled for at least 6 months - а с этим что делать? Если и правда у канселенных аккаунтов отберкут дома, у нас большая часть города пропадет!

Насколько я понял, список составлен по материалам с форума - по каждой профессии есть темы Ranger Bug/Issues, Jedi Bug/Issue и т.д.

А смуглые подождут, им отдельный ревамп готовят.

Мдя... а свуп как смотрел на жедика, так и спотрит...
СОЕ будет баги от КУ исправлять год, потом еще 2 года, баги от исправления багов и т.д.

В данной системе это несущественно. Что-бы было существенно, бафы должны быть где-то на 300-400%, что, по сути и было до CU. С 20% бафами и лечением без агро, будет возможно танкование мобов выше 85 левела не джедаем.

Чтобы охотиться, надо быстро бегать. Это официальный совет от СОЕ. Тогда лишние отстанут.

В принципе про бег, я так с Расстом охотилась... и ничего, очень даже хорошо получалось и главное соло.

DJMов я без пета валю. Особенно после того, как их (петов) пофиксили и они так же как и игроки не в состоянии танковать высокоуровневых мобов. Crowd control рулит галактикой.

У меня есть второй способ, сухой. Который, кстати, очень хорош на татуине, потому как он довольно "ровный". Банальная беготня с чередованием всевозможных рутов/стопов/тормозилов. Но, да, это уже не воскресная прогулка, как с DJMом. Невовремя случившийся -Miss- чреват телепортом до ближайшей "мясной лавки".

Отлично себя зарекомендовала связка 64 метра до моба, два любых выстрела, stopshot, fire, poison, knee-kat и беготня до /loot. Все рассчитано с точностью до миллисекунд =) после стопшота моб как раз на расстоянии броска пойзона, а после knee-kat слетает стопшот. Если стопшот мажет, как раз остается время запрыгнуть на байк. Пока работает knee-kat, восстанавливается стопшот. /repeat.

Вобщем, райфл с кусочком профы с рутами + CM, самый сильный соло PvE. Ну, джедиков за игроков не считаем..

Fan Fest Fixes!

Altered Lightsaber special abilities animations (Fan Fest)

Fixed bug where Guild Elections were constantly recycling (Fan Fest)
Ore mining units now come 5 to a crate, instead of 1 to a crate. (Fan Fest)
Respec Token

What is the “Token Respec”? In order to offer players a final opportunity to adapt their character's profession template, we are offering one final chance to revise your character's template. We are calling this the “Token Respec” process. As part of this process we are putting an invisible marker on each character which allows the character skills to be reshuffled. After the character template is revised, meaning when you have confirmed your new template via the system, the token or marker is used and the option to revise/respec is no longer available.
Once the new Token Respec option to revise the character template is live in the game, you will be offered a text window upon log in that asks if you are ready for your last “Respec”.
There are several points to be aware of as part of this process:

All existing players (including players who have had character and account transfers) will receive a token allowing for one final respec of the character profession template.
You may choose to use your Token Respec upon receipt or to use it at a later date – this option remains available for you until you use it unless otherwise notified.
Although there is no limit on how quickly you use the Token Respec option, once you commit the template by confirming that it is final you will not have another respec opportunity.
If you are still able to revise your character's template in-game as part of the original Combat Upgrade respec option, the Token Respec will not activate until you are out of the Combat Upgrade respec period.
Bonus points/unused skill points from the initial Combat Upgrade respec will not be transferred in any way to the new Token Respec opportunity.
There is a 12-hour respec timer buffering the use of the Combat Upgrade respec option and the use of the Token Respec option meaning that you cannot take advantage of the new Token Respec option until 12 hours after you use the Combat Upgrade version.
During the Combat Upgrade Respec process period, you will not be able to earn Master Badges.
After you complete the Combat Upgrade respec process and while you are eligible for the Token Respec you will be allowed to earn Master Badges.
Crafting

You no longer have to click through the crafting experimentation result dialog. A system message is displayed instead.
Creature Handler:

Pets in groups now get their own special "pet" role icon
Droid Engineer:

Droids crafted without either a combat module or armor module are level 1.
Droids with either combat or armor modules will now increase the level in 5 unit increments up to a maximum of 30.
Crafting a droid with combat modules will increase min damage, max damage, to-hit, and give the droid the ability to attack your current target. Combat modules will also add a bit of armor.
Crafting a droid with armor modules will increase its general protection armor value at a greater rate than combat modules, and will also increase the droid's defense value. Armor modules will not affect the droid's to-Hit or min and max damage attributes.
Players with older droid deeds and pcd's will be fixed retroactively.
Dueling

If either player can currently attack the other, a /duel request will be ignored.
GCW

Players will no longer be allowed to donate turret deeds to Special Forces facilities.
DRX55 and XG mines can once again be purchased from faction recruiters.
Removed turrets from PvP bases
Fixed LOS bug with cloning terminals
Jedi:

Force Run is now a toggle buff and can be turned on/off at will, it has an initial cost as well as a continual use cost
New Elite MOBs:

Bane back spider with Trophy drop
Murra Blanca with Trophy drop
Painted Spat with Trophy Drop
New Player Tutorial

Fixed some issues with the New Player Entertainer Profession quest and New Player introduction quest.
Species: Wookiees

Wookiees no longer get the clothing selection screen
UI:

Elite indicators on mob HAM bars
Tweaked the CON colors to make them user friendly for color-blind users
Removed level number display for nameplate.
Vehicles / Mounts

Fixed bug that was allowing experience to be earned for killing a vehicle
Fixed problem where an Avatar would stand up while riding a mount and changing weapons

Точно перекачаю Рыс в ранджед профу.

Просто их жаба задушила: напрограммили массивную систему респека - и вот уже надо её из игры выдрать. Обидно! ;)
