SFSPC (http://www.sfspc.de/index_e.htm) - старый, добрый заслуженный сим. Очень неплохой. Был. Но, похоже, почил в бозе (кстати, что такое "бозе" ;)).
Демо-версия есть.

Демо-версии нет :(. Но на просторах Сети гуляют "народные версии" от 1.0.4 до 1.0.9 (текущая 1.1.1). Нашедший может использовать как демо, но только в оффлайне. При обновлении до версии 1.1.0 и выше "народные версии" становятся неработоспособными.
