Nose Cone

Why doesn't the cone extend visibly when flying more than 500kmh in the outside views of the mig?
Only the annunciator light comes on.

I don't think the nose cone extends on the model.

There is no significant cone movement on the real MiG-21UM. That's why we have not animated that.
