I have a P4 2.2 gig with 1.5 gigs of pc 800 and a Gforce 3 TI 500 Running windows XP that is fully updated. When i fly the mig and then exit FS2002 the program (FS2002) keeps running in the background. When i try to restart windows it wont restart. This only happens when i exit FS2002 after flying the mig. Also if you set the mig as a default flight aircraft FS2002 will not load. And if you save a flight with the mig you can not reload the save. FS2002 locks up. Even with these problems this aircraft is still the best thing that has happend to FS2002. Hope the next patch is out soon. Thanks.

I have the same problem, since I use Windows XP. I had never a problem with the MiG-21 in Win98.

Before exiting FS2002 I load "standard meigs" (with a cessna). If you close now FS2002, fs2002.exe doesn´t stay in the Task Manager and all is fine! ;-)

Yes, that's very hard to localize XP-FS2002-Gmax bug. The thing is the bug appears only on SOME combination of software-hardware. And the most strange thing is the better (newer and powerful) the PC system and OS the more chances it has to lock up... MiG21 doesn't cause any problems under Windows 98 at CPU less than 700. But the lock ups possible under XP on the new systems.

That's a PFM and we are working on it.
