Q: I just purchased and downloaded the L-39 program. When trying to install either the tlk39c.exe or the konotop.exe files, I get an error message stating that the file MSIEXEC can not be found. I have never seen this error before.
A: Windows installer is needed to install the aircraft and scenery. Some users of windows 98 and 95 don't have this and need to download an upgrade from the following URL: http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?url=/downloads/sample.asp?url=/MSDN-FILES/027/001/531/msdncompositedoc.xml
The file name you need is: InstMsi.exe (1.4Mb)
This solves the problem and installs your software.
