Q: I've just puchased the tlk39c software and the main panel has a red rectangle in the upper left portion of the screen covering part of the view. The message claims that this is an unregistered copy.
How is this fixed?
A: Most likely you have not entered the correct information for registration while the installation:
FULL NAME: Your Name
ORGANIZATION: Optional field
PRODUCT ID: XXXXXXXXXX
(CASE AND SPACE sensitive!)
You need to uninstall the TLK-39 (Start/Control panel/Add and remove programs/TLK-39C or just run tlk-39c.exe and select REMOVE).
Then install tlk-39c again using correct registration information that we've issued to you.
