Badhadhe(Mareeg)-Residents in Badhadhe district of Lower Jubba region, southern Somalia have begun fleeing from kenyan air strike to the forest as kenyan warplaned raided there yesterday, residents said.
Kenyan war planes are reported to have striken the Badhadhe yesterday as though it isno known the exact casualties of the air attack, but it is believed killing number of people and livestock there.
Reports from Badhadhe this morning indicate that civilians started running from the city fearing Kenyan air attacks against militant group and Shabab fighters are patrolling there.
On the other hand, Chairman of Gedo region of Somali transitional federal government, Mohamed Abdi Kalil told that Kenyan air strike early this week in Yakle area killed 50 Shabab fighters, reports said.
There is no idependant source of this story but early reports say that a woman and large animals were killed in that attack by Kenyan warplanes.
