Nominal Power of russian aircraft in ww2
Hello Pilots!
Does anybody know, what nominal power of a russian engine mean? I. e. an klimow vk-105pf2 has 1300HP nominal Power, does he had any WEP (war emergency power), if yes, how it was used?
there are also questions belong to asch-82, wk-107 and so on. if you have any informations please tell me.

as a rule, nominal power of any piston engine is a power which
may be used for long-timed climb, some aircraft with small take-off weight (for example without cargo), equipped with
the piston engine can normally take off using nominal power. This characteristic is important as well as WEP.
