I bought the suberb Mig21 Addon today (Outstanding work) and somehow expected that I would get to download it right after the payment.
Now I'm waiting for the email confirmation, product key, and download info. How long does this take usually?
I really dont mind the whole procedure, but I've been following this thing since day 1, and I can hardly wait to get it into my hands...it looks like a really great plane. Thanxs for any replys.

I have also paid but have yet to receive any download info. The only info I got was the paypal receipt for the payment.
I hope the reson is the timezone differences, I'm in Norway and e-media group is based in Canada. I guess they are all sleeping right now :)

Give them a bit of time, I believe that having to rearrange the web site to accomodate the new releases take some time....
The support team here is magnificent, they go out of there ways to make you the customer satisfied in any way they can....
I have the best impressions towards Captain Sims and the support team here. It's just that I'm so used to online payment with instant access/download/whatever. Internet Buisness is so "virtual" and things can so easliy go wrong, that I'm always a little cautious. I hope the team understands.
Nutcase, do you post at simHQ? Or is it just a similar name?

I am waiting too, (one is already used to get the downloadinfo just in time or at least a confirmation by the selling company)

else. should have there dl servers ready before
setting up to take payment on something they are
suppose to supply upon payment. Poor business practice.
I'm waiting as well. Come on, guys, get this worked out! You had complaints with the L-39 as well, and I'd think by now that you'd realize that waiting a day for a key and download link just isn't going to cut it!! We've all been teased to death with how great this plane is, and we've given you our money. Cough it up!!
Okay, I just got my link, not minutes after I posted here. I'm a happy camper now.
No key or download pass yet. I would like an official response please.

I guess I just have to keep my shirt on. It's been about 5 hours since I ordered. Others seem to be getting it now so I'll just be patient. . .

mines only been about 2hours, and it doesnt make me feel very good that you guys have been waiting for 4-5 hours and still dont have em :)

Thanks you all guys for your interest and support, but please be patient. Today is the fist day the MiG-21 is available, a lot of people have ordered it and are dying to get it ASAP.
These days we are working 7:00-22:00 Pacific and we are doing our best, EVERYONE will get all download and reg info durring a day of purchase.
By now we've sent download and reg info to everyone who purchased the MiG-21 on the 18 Feb (GMT). If anyone is still waiting for his info please contact us we'll resend it.
