Question about book or article

once i have read at a homepage in russian language, that there is an article or book from an author called rabyshev or riabyshev or something like that. he wrote about vvs claims, losses and so on in second world war.

unfortunality i've lost the link to this page. can you help me please. what's the correct name of author and title of book?
