Missing Landing Lights in 3D Mode

How do I switch on the Landing Lights in 3D Cockpit mode? Microsoft Flight Models are able to do so, but some Commercial and also Freeware Flight Models don't. Is it a technical prob?

The thing is MS did not released SDK for FS2002 yet.

Ok folks, overall a terrific job, especially the Flight Model of the MiG is a joy.
Thanks in advance for searching after the problem. It may improve further versions course I like flying in virtual mode if I have a detailed 3D Cockpit like yours.
