For me, a true "strategic" simulator will allow the user to create the roads and railroads, to collect oil and metal, to make decisions how to use the resources to build the own forces - tanks? aircraft carriers? nuclear weapons? The decisions are made during many years, both war and peace, and across a very large map. Hundreds of factories might be represented by only one icon on the map. How can it work in concert with a tactical simulator, where each factory building is an independent target? For me, it's a very difficult question. I can imagine only two completely independent simulators.

Don't call them with "campaign" and I'll agree. Those features are automatic tactical elements as current bots are.
Что такое "кампания"? Я понял что это, просто несколько связаны миссии. "Статическая" или "динамическая" - дело в том, если миссии меняются или не, когда вирпил снова начает. "Real-time" - если будет действие между полётами. А "стратегическая" или "тактическая" - это какой-то третий вопрос, нет?

По-моему, "динамическая" как в Фалкон 3 - просто и надо.
"Real-time" как в Фалкон 4 - сложно и обходимо.
"Стратегическая" - не понимаю.
