I know why you said "I think I can not help you.". Just found X52 have 7 axis by see a picture of control panel of it. and then I unserstand why you said "I have X52 and all 6 axes works fine. But I can not read 7th axis". This really bad DXDelphi component design, MS DirectInput support 8 axis at least from DX5, most probably from DX3.
