попробуй так:

First run avd-mfsxexp.mdf with your vertual drive
or write it on a DVD then copy All files in Flight
simulator DVD into your hard disk then download the
following file and replace it with FSXX.msi and open
this file and install flight simulator then again
copy this file "FSXX.msi" from your DVD and replace
it and run it .This time press repair .and install
