It's 1946, and World War Two is over. Japan has carved out a vast Asian empire, Italy is in turmoil, but Nazi Germany controls mainland Europe, Russia, Africa, Canada and America. Fascist governments are springing up all over the world, and only Britain remains of the former Allies, forced into silence by the threat of nuclear war.
The Luftwaffe is formidable now, with jets and missiles capable of attacking from aircraft carriers and even submarines. However, there are some threats which cannot be beaten with mere force - the time calls for covert warriors who can fight against a background of politics and subterfuge.
These are the Sonder Kommando 3, an elite airbourne unit created by the Horten brothers in utter secrecy, and experts in every aircraft from their traditional Ho 229 to massive intercontinental bombers, like the Me 264.
In this offline campaign, you take control of Agent Kreuzotter, and will take orders from the mysterious Operator and even the Fuhrer himself to deal with traitors and foreigners alike.
Many of the missions do not feature any friendly aircraft, and some of the objectives may be unclear. It is up to you, as a kommando, to identify and quickly strike at the targets of opportunity.
Missions include sorties from the Graf Zeppelin, submarine aircraft carriers, working with the Japanese, assassination, sabotage, intercepting and escorting massive bomber formations, and attacking airfields from the sky. There are 28 missions in all.
