All jedi can begin attacking, but only the tank should use specials. After about 10 seconds or so, it is safe for the rest of the group to start attacking. Just inside the room or just outside in the hall are both good places to stand.

I suggest that everyone attack with auto attack except the tanking jedi. What I have found is that in many cases, if the damage is getting poured on, he will turn away from your tank and go after the damage dealers. This has the potential to make your group fall apart. The dps will begin to run in the interest of self preservation and the jedi will run behind not getting a hit in until the dps he is chasing dies. FE does not work on this boss so if you are a ranged profession, don't expect your light side jedi to be able to get his attention quickly.

IF YOUR TANK LOOSES AGRO AND YOU ARE THE NEXT TARGET: If your tank looses agro and the boss comes for you (assuming you are not a tank yourself), the only way your tank will be able to re-establish agro is if you hit escape and either move slowly or not at all. Hitting the esc will drop your target which means you will no longer be attacking. Since you are not causing damage to your target, he will loose interest in you much faster than if you were still causing him damage. By not moving, you are allowing your light side jedi to get some damage on him to re-establish agro.

Don't misunderstand! While attacking with specials may draw agro, they don't necessarily hurt either. The point being, don't spam your most powerful specials. If you are a dps player and can hit with an obnoxious amount of damage in a short period of time, now is not the best time to that unless you want the boss's attention. Easy on the specials, keep your tank healed and keep steady damage.
