Yes a city is vary hard to do. BUT areas around a urban areas are with in reason. Better still small towns and villages with just a touch of industry. But if I had to choose between truelly urban setting or traces of actual people living in virtual world.........I would choose broken up cars and donkeys walking around . People other than soldiers should be long gone from battle areas but their live stock and vehicles would still be around.
