This is the thrust corrected by coefficient of losses=0.785 (from the intakes,transmissions and gears for the plane`s aggregates)

The 0.785 is medium coefficient for medium battle conditions - H=3000m, M=0.85

Of course the thurst values change in different conditions, like alt, speed, air-density and so on

The calculation is taken from an article in a magazine you don`t know by a fighter pilot with 30 experience (MiG-19,21,23,29) whom I happen to know.
