Nominal Power of russian aircraft in ww2

Hello Pilots!

Does anybody know, what nominal power of a russian engine mean? I. e. an klimow vk-105pf2 has 1300HP nominal Power, does he had any WEP (war emergency power), if yes, how it was used?

there are also questions belong to asch-82, wk-107 and so on. if you have any informations please tell me.

Here is a little list I have compiled from different sources (sources shown on the bottom). German engines included for comparison.

I don't beleive VK-105PF-2 had spesial WEP regime, but I am not an expert, let's wait for them to showup.

may be used for long-timed climb, some aircraft with small take-off weight (for example without cargo), equipped with
