I just exchanged few e-mails with Oleg. Apparently, as i suspected, this version was release candidate, not actual release - it was meant for the beta team for their final testings. There are some issues that needed to be taken care of...So, since 4.0 leaked - Oleg decided to release official version renamed to v4.01 and 4v.01m respectfully... with some changes in dedicated server and code of the version itself. At this point i can`t really tell you when, i simply don`t know.

I confirm the post above.
It was our internal version for the final test.
It was also sent to Ubi to prepare the links, mirrors (to look for the size of files, etc) etc.
However this version leaked from my personal FTP...
For the day we tested it internally we found couple of real bugs on dedicated server (third party soft doesn't work correct for example) that already fixed and in test again.
I'm sorry for these who think that it was final
It was only probably final and prepared for final test or possible release.
That to exclude the mix of leaked and really final version we need to invest changes and rename version.
So, what Ivan posted is correct. Sorry for this. But next time look only for the official release anounce and links."
