Ok I will share what I know so far about the Pe-2 Add-On. Ubisoft might get mad at me for sharing this before they announce it, but I'll go out on a limb for the community so the discussion will have subsided before it is released. I've never been told to not say anything so here goes.

Ubi, please correct me if I am wrong here, but my sources are telling me that the Pe-2 Add-On and follow-up add-ons will be distributed in the West as a Download Only product. It looks like there will be no CD for Western markets on this one or the 2 follow-ups.

Ok, stop yelling and take a deep breath please. Before we riot and mutiny, let me say that I saw this coming and I sympathize with those that want a CD, but Digital Distribution is the wave of the future. Rightly or wrongly, it's going to happen eventually. Ubisoft is a leader in pursuing this type of disti and this allows for coordinated worlwide distribution instantly.

So, with that said, I will now say that the company I work for. GoGamer.com, has a games download service called GoLoader.com. This is a project that I have lead and am now really happy that we have it available. Why? Because I have talked to my download partner and he assures me that the Pe-2 Download will be available day one at GoLoader.com and it will have the necessary technical infrastructure to provide fast downloads. Basically, you download it, unwrap it, and then pay for it using the secure method provided. Simple.

I know many of you will be unhappy with this decision by Ubi, but that's what I know so far. At least it's going to be available worldwide, including in the USA via sites like GoLoader (GoGamer).

By the way, GoLoader caters to US customers only, but I know it will be available on other download sites around the world, so it will be easy to find. When I know of one I will post it for you here.

I also have no idea what the price will be
