if you want to attract more good pilots to your squadron and create something outstanding, we'd recommend to post some nice screen shots of your flights and some info at the popular MSFS forums.

There are MANY of the MiG-21UMs are flying over the virtual world, but it seems only 20-30 person attend this forum. Everyone who's interested here is already with you.

Just a couple of ideas:
1. To contact some good VA. May be they need good fighters escort to operate in some "hot spots" of the world.

2. Practice your combat manoevring skills until CFS2 version released. "MiG vs Sabre" from Flight1 is released and most likely many users will create some communities as well. You'd contact the MiG-15 guys and provide them some help to handle the Sabres
