FS2002 problems

Does anyone know how to get the mouse tool-tips to show in FS2002? I've checked them in the general settings tab on options.
And where is the FS2002 'scenery manager'? I can no reference to it anywhere.
Apparently you need it to install 'Konotop'.
It all seemed so easy in FS2000!
Any help greatly appreciated.

L-39 FS2002 version does not support them.

Go to WORLD>SCENERY LIBRARY then ADD AREA and select path to fs2002/scenedb/cities/konotop/
OK, OK

After the FS refresh the files Konotop should appear in GO TO AIRPORT> UKRAINE (EUROPE)> Konotop AFB

Thanks for that. The RAF have 2 'Hawk' cockpits sitting in a hanger for all the students to sit in & learn their switches!!!
