2 KiLLiR: Слушай Freddie, он дело говорит. Почитать мануал всегда полезно, а там (в eFalcon109.pdf) буквально сказано:
1. Make backup copies of the entire Falcon4\config folder, all .tac files found in the
Falcon4\campaign\saved folder, and the phonebook.dat file in the Falcon4
directory.
2. Uninstall Falcon 4 using the ‘Uninstall‘ utility found on the Start Menu in the
MicroProse\Falcon4 submenu.
3. Manually delete the Falcon4 folder.
4. Reboot your PC.
5. Install Falcon 4 from the retail CD-ROM.
6. Patch Falcon 4 using MicroProse’s 1.08us patch (installation instructions from
MPS).
7. Run the eFalcon_109 Installer and proceed with the patch. It will finish with the
screen shown below. If there are any patches that are not applied (show errors)
then your installation did not complete normally. You should restart from step
one (clean install). If you can capture the error either with a screen shot or by
simply writing the error down and emailing the information to Adrien “Napoleon”
Hogg (napoleon@eteam.frugalsworld.com) it may help us debug what went
wrong with your installation. Do NOT contact us for help until you have tried to
reinstall with ALL Windows program shut down (use control-alt-delete to bring up the Task Manager, highlight programs running in the background, then select
End Program. Leave Explorer and Systray running.)
Note: You may use Notepad to manually edit the eFalcon.cfg file (right click on the
file and chose "Open With" or if you don't get that as a option, hold down Shift on the
keyboard, then right click on it and you'll see "Open With"). Choose Notepad as the
application. You can use other text only editors, but they must not add any kind of
formatting, saving only plain text.
8. Copy the config folder (your logbook), phone book (phonebook.dat), and Tactical
Engagement files (.tac files) back into the same folders they were originally
copied from overwriting the files from the clean installation.
9. Get ready to lauuuuuuwwwwwwwwwnnnch!
Естественно, если patch 1.08us не поставить, то eFalcon Installer и будет ругаться на несовпадение файлов.
И запускать надо через eFalcon.exe
У меня все работает, правда изредка вылетает, но вовсе не на полосе
