It's look like the author of this page have done a huge work to search and translate information from russian internet.
I've seen some documents from this forum

I have used Systran to translate various non-English sources, including a lot of Russian sites for sure.

There is a lot of info out there in Russian which isn't available in English.

LOOOL!!! Russian flag is incorrect. Here's the sequence of colors: above - white, in the middle - blue, below - red.
