MiG-23MLD- track multiple targets?

Can the radar of the MiG-23MLD track multiple targets? Various sources suggest it can, but others say that it can't. Anyone able to confirm?

According to exmilitary pilots of MLDs in Bulgaria this plane (23-18A) can fire on only one target. Our MLDs were exrussian and had taken part in Afganistan war.
