This is a semi-historical 22-mission offline campaign during the time 1942-1944. Be a Bulgarian pilot in the air raids over Bulgaria.Some of the missions are historical but some of them is alternative reality as fun and fiction. No political statement!

The campain is dedicated to all Bulgarian pilots took a part in the air fights during this years. Their mission have been almost impossible! I hope you enjoy it. This is my first campain but not gone be the last.

Most of the skins is not mine I just put the Bulgarian markings on it!Want to thank everyone who recognize his skin I'm not very well with skining but work on it.

This is Pt II of my No.32 series, the first covering the Battle of France. Kanalkampf deals with stage I of the Battle of Britain.

A semi-fictional, NO ICONS campaign for the RAF simulation enthusiast which will take him through the first stage of the Battle of Britain. I have used the Normandy map and modelled the north Kent coast. Included is a printable map of Kent as modelled.

I have stuck fairly closely to the day-to-day events for this period, complete with weather conditions which were fairly poor throughout July 1940. Some events have been shifted to the Kent coast from the south coast just to spice things up a bit.

Ground Objects.
There's a lot of them. I wanted to produce some real looking British towns, which eventually involved using thousands of objects. Likewise the airfields have been detailed with barracks and parade grounds, perimiter fences and lots of trucks and bikes zipping about. All this is a strain on the old PC - do not be alarmed at loading times. Mine tends to take awhile at '79% Loading Tanks'. It'll get there eventually though. I have an Athlon 64 3200+, Geforce 8500 GT and 2 gigs of DDR RAM. I do experience slow downs in the larger missions but they're playable. I wouldn't recommend playing this campaign with lower specs though.

IMPORTANT! Included are newer (different from previous campaign - With No.32 Sqn in France) RAF pilot voices by myself. They do include some rather rich language so best not to play through speakers when children are about. It has been my intention to add some (at times plummy) RAF atmosphere with these new voices - they may get repetitive in places but so do the old ones.

IMPORTANT! This campaign has been specifically designed for a NO ICONS environment - it will be rather pointless in places if you use them. When playing this campaign I also remove subtitles and all other modern intrusions. One of the complaints with this game is that the campaigns are stale. I've tried to add some mystery and a sense of the unknown throughout these campaign missions. If you're like me, you enjoy the pure flying aspects of the sim. As a lower rank, you should be following your No.1 and No.2 at all times. This will involve some very tight formation flying, which is accurate for the period. You'll see why it was so hard to fly in formation and keep an eye around you at the same time.

In designing this campaign I have focused on the journey as much as the destination. Enjoy the look of the thing. There'll be plenty going on.
The RAF emphasized teamwork and team kills are the ones that count. Try to stick with your section at all times. Your job is to keep the enemy off your leader's arse, not to go tearing around as a lone wolf. If you do the latter you'll end up in trouble.


I will be producing another follow on dealing with the later stages of the Battle of Britain.

A semi-historical, 104-mission campaign, where you are a Japanese Fighter Pilot, all the way from the so called China Incident in 1938, through the different phases of the Pacific War, up to the bitter end over Japan and Manchuria in 1945.

This 104-mission campaign (yes, one hundred and four!) starts in 1938 and goes on all the way to the end of the Pacific war in August 1945.

When the Campaign starts in 1938 you are a Japanese Army Fighter Pilot, just about to graduate from Flight School, and who is then sent over to the Fighting in China. After that follows the following campaign segments: the Nomonhan Incident 1939 (fighting the Russians), Back to China 1940 (mini-campaign), Singapore late 1941 (the Pacific War starts), Java early 1942 , Burma early 1943, New Guinea summer 1943, Home Defense against the B-29's over Japan early 1944, Battle for the Philippines late 1944, Home Defense of Japan summer 1945 and finally facing the Soviet Invasion of Machuria in August 1945.

You will go from meeting enemies that are easily overcome, to running into more and more stiff opposition, until you finally have to fight just to stay alive, against odds that are slowly getting worse and worse - just like it was for the JAAF pilots. Especially in the later years, many times if you just make it back to the base in one piece, it will be treated as a successful mission. But note: you are never without a chance. Right up to the end, the JAAF had quite a bite.

You get to fly ALL the JAAF aircraft in IL-2 1946, and then some! These are the one you will use: Ki-27-Ko, Ki-27-Otsu, Ki-43-Ia, Ki-43-Ib, Ki-43-II, Ki-61-Ko, Ki-61-Otsu, Ki-84-Ia, Ki-84-Ib, Ki-100 AND the Ki-200 (the japanese version of the German rocket fighter Me-163). And you also get to fly a captured P-40E in a mission (yes, the JAAF used captured P-40's operationally.)
