 Серверу памяти не хватает? 2ГБ мало, если там 2.
зы. Вижу 3 ГБ, а почему тогда свободной только 59? Куда остальная утекает? Если в процессе launcher утечка, то этот процесс бы занимал больше памяти?

				Если же UDP, то все обернется лагами и скачкообразными перемещениями юнитов у клиента из-за дропов UDP дейтаграм, так как клиенту потерянные данные ретрансмитится вряд ли будут (нет смысла).
			
		 
	 
 А пинг у клиента при этом вырастет и насколько сильно?
