This bullshit is worth just as much as a MicroSoft's "white papers". Mix of what is obvious with what could be done in theory with diminishing piece of what is _really_ working.
I'm far from airspace problems, but this kind of language is recognizable to any one who tried to base decisions on it.

P.S. My colleague (against my advise) spent time+money on MSCE consultant. In informal drinking-after this consultant said "on't do it". Plain as 5 KoneeK
