Sure. It's not the "Tiger" after all. 76mm AP can penetrate both 45mm turret side armor and 40mm hull side armor.

Can anyone confirm this:
The Brummbear tank (*3 brummbears) is not playable and also the single Elefant is not playable. Only the 3 elefants with infantry is playable.

I'm not sure about Brummbar, but there's the Ferdinand (It's Ferdinand - not Elefant) platoon wer_platoon_hspn2 in common_units.engcfg that consists of a single vehicle and grenadiers.
